Specific App & Service Data Handling

Clara Medication Reminder Service: If you sign up for Clara, we collect the name and phone number of your loved one and any designated caregivers solely to deliver the reminder service. This information is used for no other purpose. When you cancel your Clara subscription, all associated personal data is permanently deleted within 7 days.

MapleGuard Scam & Phishing Detection: MapleGuard is designed with a strict privacy-first architecture.

Message Analysis: Text pasted into MapleGuard is sent to our backend server for real-time threat evaluation, processed statelessly, and immediately discarded. We do not store, log, read, or sell your message content.
In-App Purchases & Analytics: Subscriptions are managed securely through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details. MapleGuard contains zero third-party advertising frameworks, tracking pixels, or data-broker analytics, and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

Email Communications If you sign up for our newsletter or resources, you may receive helpful articles, service updates, and scheduling information. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any email or contacting us directly.
Sharing Your Information We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

When required by Canadian law
With trusted service providers who help us operate (including Twilio for SMS delivery, Google for forms and storage, Make for automation, Stripe for web payments, RevenueCat and Apple for in-app subscriptions, and Netlify for hosting)
With your explicit consent

We share only the minimum information necessary for each service to function.
