3. Clara Medication Reminder Service

If you sign up for Clara, we collect the name and phone number of your loved one and any designated caregivers solely to deliver the reminder service. This information is used for no other purpose. When you cancel your Clara subscription, all associated personal data is permanently deleted within 7 days.

If you sign up for our newsletter or resources, you may receive helpful articles, service updates, and scheduling information. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any email or contacting us directly.
